Welcome to the Silverthorne Dillon Joint Sewer Authority
The Blue River Wastewater Treatment Plant serves the communities of Silverthorne, Dillon,
Dillon Valley, Buffalo Mountain and Mesa Cortina.
The hydraulic capacity of the plant is 4 million gallons a day, and utilizes traditional activated sludge with extended aeration capabilities, coupled with tertiary treatment to maintain a high level of waste treatment.
Hours of Operation:
8:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday Through Friday
Weekend hours are typically the same but may vary based on staffing.
RV and Bus Wastewater dump site:
Fees: RV - $3.00 cash
Bus - $5.00 cash
Gray and Black water dumping only.
No hazardous materials.
No potable water on site.
No trash services. Please take trash with you.
